QUALIFICATION :
- Age 25 – 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in law/finance/management
- Fluent in English both oral and written is mandatory.
- Having a computer skills at a highly proficient level
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Must be honest and trustworthy, be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics
- Having a strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Dynamic, have excellent attitude, self initiated.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the organisation's current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
- Manage and supervise the activities such as: copy services; office supplies, equipment, and inventory; administrative assistance; mail, distribution, and messenger services; records management, facilities management; and reception and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.).
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives and boards of directors
- Attend meetings to record minutes, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing spreadsheet, database or presentation software
- Make travel arrangement for executives and boards of directors
