This position is important role within an organization to support top management daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the top management appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the top management and internal departments as well as external partners, ensuring timely communication.
- Prepare, manage, and archive important documents, reports, and presentations, upholding the company's confidentiality standards.
- Organize, attend, and minute board or managerial meetings, providing detailed summaries and action points.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assist with the company’s legal formalities.
- Responsible for assisting the top management needs both in business and personal
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Personal Assistant
- Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline
- Have good communication skills and have a good attitude, honest, thorough and responsible
- Have high motivation and can work together in a team
- Take initiative and multitasking
- Proven skills in using MS Office
- Good in English
