Mirah Property Group are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team of Bali’s leading property developer and undertake the daily organizational and administrative duties for the company director. Civil background is strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate:• Legal background with strong understanding on PMA structures and real estate certification. • Highly presentable, active, and amiable personality.• Bachelor’s degree.• Strong problem solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong proficiency in English and other languages as a plus.
Responsibilities include:• Oversee daily organizational and administrative tasks. • Handle contracts, agreements, and documentation as may be required.• Schedule meetings and organize calendar.• Liaises between different company departments.• Manage professional and personal errands.• Organizes expenses.
