Job Description:

• Administrative : 
  • Manage departmental correspondence, including drafting and proofreading letters, emails, and other documents;
  • Prepare and organize departmental reports, presentations, and other materials;
  • Manage, track, and report expense claim/reimbursement 
• Customer service : 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails;
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accompanying the Director to client meetings and assisting with note-taking.
• Research : Do simple research on google according to the task given, and compile the information 
• Basic photo and video editing for social media
• Maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferable in Management, Marketing, Communication, Secretary, Hospitality, Architecture / Civil engineering / Property management or related field). Any Bachelor Degree graduates are also welcomed if you think you have these qualities below : 
• Friendly & proactive in asking questions, eager to learn new things
• Good interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills, with strong customer service-orientation
• Good English skill, both spoken and written will be advantage
• Tech savvy (Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva and open to learn others)
• Strong organizational and time management skills; Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines;
• High attention to detail and organization. Able to think independently
• Maximum 28 years old
• Able to join immediately
