Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Board. In this role, you will work closely with our esteemed leader, assisting him in various administrative tasks while also supporting his works endeavors such as photography and podcasting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and able to translate ideas into actionable plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to The Board, including doing reasearch, market analysis, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between The Board and other team members, departments, and external partners.
- Translate ideas, concepts, and visions into written documents, presentations, or other formats as needed.
- Support the leader in his photography projects, including organizing shoots, managing equipment, and editing photos when required.
- Assist in the production of e-books and podcasts, from conceptualization to publication, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives or board members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in translating ideas into written content, with a creative flair.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with photography and podcasting tools/software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English
- A passion for photography, podcasting, or creative pursuits is highly desirable.
