Personal Assistant

Are you an organized and proactive individual with the ability for multitasking and a passion for supporting dynamic leaders? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our Director of Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Maintain organized records, files, and documents related to sales and operations.
• Efficiently manage the director's schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time allocation.
• Assist in preparing materials, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the director is well-prepared.
• Collaborate on sales and operational data analysis, contributing insights to aid decision-making.
• Make travel arrangements and create itineraries for business trips, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information and discussions.
• Manage the director's interactions, screening calls, and visitors to optimize their time.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the director as needed.
• Assist in prioritizing tasks and optimizing time to focus on critical activities.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in Bali
• Able to ride a bike
• Proven 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite and scheduling tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
