Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for the overall process of the introduction of the company, job offers, new employee orientation, employee administration, carry out 'exit interview' to employees who resign, including also prepare monthly reports related to personnel matters.
- Prepare all forms of administration salary offers, agreements/contract, pledge of loyalty and ECN
- Inform to prospective employees on the company's history, company regulations, benefits, payroll, employee’s rights and obligations, job description, etc
- Conduct orientation for new employees and exit interviews for employees leaving
- Prepare Monthly associated with personnel matters, which includes headcount status, new employees, employees who resign, transfer of employees, training, employee status, time off, attendance, etc
- Control, monitor and process employee costs such as overtime, medical claims, final payment, etc
- Enroll all important licensing to third parties
- Carry out all duties and responsibilities given by superiors
Requirements:
- Applicants should be minimum Diploma of Administration, or Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology from reputable university (local or overseas).
- With minimum of 3 years of experiences in the field of HR as Personnel Officer,
- Understand the business orientation and Organizations
- Have good communication skills to be able to interact with all levels Computer literate
- Able to work in under pressure situation
- Good command in English, both speaking and writing
- Preferable has experienced at well-known construction company
- Willing to be allocated at Sulawesi Project
