Job Description:
- Work closely with agencies to monitor manpower, fulfill rate and daily attendance.
- Match the actual attendance and OT, including cost control and accurate monthly accrual.
- Reconcile summary HCs and OT by weekly.
- Cost tracking and reconcile monthly billing from agencies to be accurate.
- Communicate, coordinate and work closely with SPX team (ie. HR team, admin team and ground team) to monitor execution plan.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operations and business needs.
- Conducting assessments and summarizing performance of the agencies to arrange monthly meetings with them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in related fields
- At least 3 Years of working experience in HR & Administration.
- Good command of English, verbal and written communication
- Good in interpersonal, communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions, but also to work independently.
- Excellent service mind, high responsibility, highly organized with good planning skill, flexible and adaptive within fluctuating situations, ability to work under pressure and deliver work within a tight timeline.
- Experience in subcontractors management will be an advantage
