Qualifications :
- Bachelor (S1) majoring in Marketing, Communication, or similar field;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a company/corporate with related area as Marketing / Digital Communication, preferably in F&B business (Restaurant, Café, Bar, or equivalent);
- Actively fluent in English is a must;
- Proven experience in operating and overseeing social media, advertising, and website management;
- Great enthusiasm in following creative communication trends and stakeholder behaviors;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate;
- Dedicated to create impact in the socio-economic environment and beyond;
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan.
Job Description :
- Leading the Marketing Team of Filosofi Kopi, responsible for planning and coordinating workflow within the Marketing Team.
- Planning and leading marketing project activities such as events, collaborations, promotions, etc., both at the café and/or Combi (mobile café).
- Ensuring Sales & Marketing targets for event projects, Coffee Catering, beans, and merchandise are achieved.
- Coordinating with the Operations Department to plan potential projects for cafes/Combis/Catering, collaborations, menu launches, and/or new café openings.
- Ensuring Filosofi Kopi's social media activities align with the Content Plan by reviewing content material, copywriting, and monitoring the entire content production process.
- Designing detailed budgets for all marketing project activities by identifying sales forecasts, personnel costs, and other expenditure costs.
- Planning and analyzing Ads Plans on META and Google Ads, among others, including following suggestions or instructions from Management.
- Overseeing and planning improvements (updating menu photos, adding menu items, etc.) on GoFood and GrabFood accounts as well as E-Commerce platforms.
- Creating and compiling comprehensive reports related to the planning, implementation, and results of all activities and performance of the Marketing Department.
