Responsibility:
- Manage day-to-day To Do List from BOD
- Manage schedule meetings and appointments
- Handling a wide variety of tasks and situations
- Organize and coordinate of Executive meeting
- Preparation of reports as required
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Arrange internal and external meetings
- Liase and act as point of contact among BOD, employees, clients and external stakeholders
- Filling systems and handle confidential documents, memo and email
- Handling partial Corporate Affairs coordination
Qualification's:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Good communication in English & Mandarin both oral or written
- Minimum experience 1-2 years as a Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant for BOD
- Proactive, good communication, and detail oriented
- Available to work on weekend / public holiday (if needed)
