- Assisting Company in obtaining Initial Public Offering (IPO) status.
Coordinate with related parties and prepare all necessary data and information.
- Follow developments in the Capital Market, especially the applicable laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector.
- Provide input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to comply with statutory provisions, especially in the Capital Market sector.
- Assist the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in implementing corporate governance which includes:
- Disclosure of information to the public, including the availability of information on the Company Website.
- Submission of Company reports to the Financial Services Authority in a timely manner.
- Organizing and documenting the
General Shareholders Meeting.
- Organizing and documenting meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.
- Implementation of company orientation programs for Directors and/or Board of Commissioners.
- As a liaison between the Company and Shareholders, Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK), and other Stakeholders.
Requirements
- Has experience as Corporate Secretary in a public company (TBK) in Indonesia.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Have a background or understanding of law, finance and accounting, company secretarial operations, and good corporate governance.
- Have good work speed, detail oriented, and well organized in the workplace.
- Have good verbal and non-verbal communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
- Have a professional, proactive attitude, strong self-confidence, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Have integrity and respect discretion when handling confidential information.
