Qualifications:
- Major in secretary, communication etc.
- Have a minimum of 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill (english/japanish/mandarin)
- Independent, multitasking, detail-oriented, and completes tasks on time
- Proficient in Ms Office and design graphic
- Placement in Bekasi, South Jakarta
Responsibility:
- Arrange and organize meeting
- Organize travel schedules and book tickets (plan, train, etc.)
- Remind CEO about tasks and deadlines
- Collect and archive expenses and income
- Record the results of the minutes if each meeting
- Create and prepare reports, presentations and briefs
- Act as a contact intermediary between the manager and internal / external clients
- Design and maintain office filling systems
