Qualification
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Well-groomed and attractive appearance.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Working experience as a Personal Assistant for min. 3 years.
- Proficient in navigating and thriving within dynamic, high-tempo work environments characterized by rapid change and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, thoroughness in completing tasks accurately and without errors.
- Proactive attitude, taking initiative to anticipate needs and provide support before being asked.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and calendar management software.
Job Description
- Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, etc.
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes.
- Receiving and screening phone calls/messages and redirecting them when appropriate, also managing emails.
- Requesting the GA department for a business trip (Flight, hotel, transportation, etc) or a meeting room/place.
- Gathering potential client databases.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
