Job Requirement:
- Minimum Vocational School Graduate. Diploma/bachelor in secretary or law is preferred
- Two years of experience in handling Corporate Secretary matters in a publicly traded company (Tbk.).
- Fluent in English is a must
- Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
- Mastering Ms. Office (Word, Excel and PPT)
Job Responsibilities :
- Assisting in drafting company documents, including to agreements, Board of Directors/Board of Commissioners decisions, Shareholder List, Annual General Meeting, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and other documents in support of objectives for the company.
- Setting up and arranging meetings & appointments. Make Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
