- Handle Industrial Relation Matters and Maintain Harmonious Work Environment by Communicating the Company Program or Policy Relate to Human Resources
- Develop and Manage Performance Management System (PMS), Reward Management Policy, and Supervise Compensation Benefits Process
- Develop and Manage Compensation Benefits
- Analyzing the Employee Engagement and Develop Action Plan to Enhance the Engagement Index
- Develop Rules & Regulation for Managing HR Function to the Company
- Report to Director About The Implementation of Above Aspect
