• Make HR&GA Strategic Plan & Budget
• Responsible for HRGA Planning for All Business Unit
• Responsible for All Spectrum of HR Planning & Development
• Manage the Recruitment, People & Organization Development Process to Support the Strategic Alignment with Company's Strategic Objectives
• Handle Industrial Relation Matters and Maintain Harmonious Work Environment by Communicating the Company Program or Policy Relate to Human Resources
• Develop and Manage Performance Management System (PMS), Reward Management Policy, and Supervise Compensation Benefits Process
• Develop and Manage Compensation Benefits
• Analyzing the Employee Engagement and Develop Action Plan to Enhance the Engagement Index
• Develop Rules & Regulation for Managing HR Function to the Company
• Report to Director About The Implementation of Above Aspect
