Job Description
- Installation & configuration of a computer hardware, software system, networks and printers.
- Testing and performing system upgrades following new releases.
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Investigate, Diagnosing and Solving hardware or software faults.
- Coordination of software repairs to vendors.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide on-site support to all store locations for survey, installation of new store or daily routine maintenance of store.
- Monitoring and creating daily reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the same field or relevant.
- Having experience/knowledge in the POS Industry is a BIG PLUS.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things.
- Good in problem-solving skills.
- Have a driving license (SIM A & C).
- Willing to travel whenever required.
- Some Evening and Weekend schedules will be required.
