Job description:
1. Answer customers' inquiries about Easyboss (Sass Erp) and deal with problems;
2. Organize customer online and offline training, maintain customer relationship;
3. Visit KA customers, provide total solutions and maintain customer sentiment;
4. Update market customer needs, provide product optimization needs and follow up;
5.Find and manage a relationship with a business partner.
Qualification
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Proficient in Mandarin and Indonesian;
3.Previous experience in SaaS or E-Commerce is preferred;
4.Control and deal with multiple tasks simultaneously;
5.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
