• Max 35 years old.
• Pleasant personality, honest and good appearance.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S-1) in management, communication, marketing or others.
• 3 – 5 years experience as Secretary.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skill.
• Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Experience in secretarial job such as administrative task, and assisting BOD presentation.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing, Mandarin speaking and writing would be an advantage.
