Join a dynamic and passionate team to launch a new COLIVING AND COWORKING facility in Canggu, (Bali)
This new establishment, located 500 meters from a surf-friendly beach in a lively area 2 steps from Jalan Berawa, features 32 rooms, a rooftop with kitchen and lounge, a swimming pool, a gym, a podcast studio, a coffee shop, meeting rooms, 50 flex desks, 26 allocated desks, high-speed Wi-Fi and more.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the COLIVING AND COWORKING facilities
Manage relations with residents and coworkers to create a friendly atmosphere
set up internal and external events, competitions, creative workshops, rooftop appetizers, lunches, dinners, sports courses, excursions etc.
Ensure administrative management
Recruit and train staff
Manage reservations and billing
Ensure customer service
Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent execution of the sokkool annual operating budget, marketing and sales plan and capital budget
Responsible for legalization, occupational health and safety law, regulations
Create and implement marketing and public relations strategies, website update…
Maintain relationships with major customers and online travel agencies (OTAs) as well as other distribution channels
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in managing a hotel or coworking space
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sense of service and organization
Fluency in English
