Job Description SUMMARY We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join us as Senior Manager, Commercial to help build and expand our Delivery and Cargo business across Indonesia. To be successful in this role, we are looking for a people-person skilled at satisfying customers with strong business sense.

Reporting directly to Indonesia Country Head, you will be required to drive commercial outcomes and lead local acquisition/expansion efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A DAY IN A LIFE As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied.

Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities Own the end to end customer journey from lead to acquisition to expansion to retention Oversee pricing and marketing strategies in pursuit of achieving goals and objectives Design, plan and execute commercial strategies to accelerate growth Acquire new customers and manage new and existing customer relationships Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, strategy) to develop solutions Monitor and review performance of commercial activities using analytics and insights gathered from data Assist in setting financial targets, forecasts and budget development SKILLS These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: Willingness to work outside your comfort zone and try new things Excellent relationship building and influencing skills to collaborate with colleagues, customers and partners

One who is willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities for one’s actions Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Proven ability to influence people at all levels in the organization through strong interpersonal skills QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience in commercial role focusing in Ecommerce; start up experience is a plus Regional sales/commercial experience in multiple SEA markets Familiarity with cross-border and last-mile logistics a plus Education: At least a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree(s) BENEFITS Work-Life at #TeamTeleport Hot desks & Flexi-hours - Collaborative & team-oriented atmosphere, work with your team or on your own.
