Requirements =
- Min. bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or related study.
- Having experience in Accounting Firm combined with Corporation in the area Business Development/ investment/ M&A is a plus point.
- Having ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Having ability to think strategically.
- Having ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Having a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Having initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management & organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
As a Corporate Business Development Specialist, you'll need to:
- research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- conduct feasibility study and financial modelling projects (both internal and external growth)
- Conduct financial due diligence.
- Regular arrangement and preparation of presentation materials for board meetings.
- You may have a singel role in the organization. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.
