Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
• Manage and coordinate CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external parties.
• Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Flexible working hours, with the possibility of weekend work.
• Work closely with foreign clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding.
• Ensure a positive and professional client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3. Proven experience in executive support roles.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
