Responsibilities:
- Establishing partnership between the company and targeted potential Partners.
- Presenting the company's business and convincing the potential Partners to establish a partnership with the company.
- Making the proposal details for the potential partnership.
- Generating leads for new untapped markets.
- Cultivating good relationship with Partners.
- Establishing the B2B team division - recruiting, structure mapping, team management.
- Reporting straight to the Founder.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in B2B Partnership.
- Excellent command of English professional proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing and capable in working for a Startup Company.
- Capability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent GT & MT Connections in FMCG, Telco, Digital, E-Commerce industries.
- Proactive and self-driven individuals are preferred.
- Tenacity in achieving targets/Target oriented individuals.
- Experience in establishing team from scratch is a plus.
