- Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that is align with business's growth goals.
- Examine the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly those pertaining to Operational metrics like profit margin.
- Ad-hoc reporting of company performance
- Plan and execute effective solutions, improvements and workaround to complex business problems.
- Manage good communication with senior leaderships and departmental heads to ensure strategy alignment.
- Improve current operational processes and procedures to increase overall efficiency and productivity.
- Gather relevant information (from internal & external stakeholders) and conduct necessary market analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience from management consulting / logistics and supply chain / project management.
- Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.
- Advanced problem solving skills, proactive and have the ability to focus in a fast paced environment
- Well developed communication with various stakeholders with different background.
- English proficiency in spoken and written is a MUST.
- Willing to travel for business purposes and "get your hands dirty".
