Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting an Education provider who is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its existing team. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support.
The ideal candidate will have at least a few years of experience in Human Resources and demonstrate a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory issues related to HR practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead employee relations initiatives and handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedure.
- Partner with the senior leadership team to identify and address any HR issues
- Remain up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics
- Provide advice and support on benefits administration
- Remain current on labour laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Skills and Qualifications:
- CIPD 5 or higher - Essential
- 5+ years of experience in a generalist Human Resources roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of staff
- Ability to make well-informed decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously
