Job Responsibilitie:
- Formulate plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc
- Create and execute strategies for evaluating performance, staffing, training, and development, among other areas.
- Supervise HR Generalist and offer expert guidance.
- Oversee all HR and GA activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- Design programs and policies aimed at improving employee growth and satisfaction.
- Foster positive employee relations and a conducive work environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head of HR & GA.
- Professional background in the Fintech industry.
- Proficient in HR administration and skilled in people management, possessing a comprehensive
- understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities (proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-initiating, quick learner, with strong analytical thinking.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang
