  • Collaborate with leadership to assess the organization's structure, processes, and
  • workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline communication,
  • and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement changes that align with the
  • company's strategic goals.
  • Drive the implementation of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework across
  • departments to align individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to set clear and measurable OKRs, ensuring they contribute to the company's strategic direction.
  • Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure successful OKR execution, fostering culture of accountability and continuous improvement..
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee
  • engagement.
  • Identify training needs, both for individual growth and skill enhancement, and
  • coordinate relevant training programs.
  • Work with managers to provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and
  • address performance gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of performance appraisal systems and make continuous improvements.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with labor
  • laws, best practices, and OKR principles.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of employment regulations to ensure compliance
  • in all HR functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design competitive compensation structures and
  • benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Spearhead initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture, organizing
  • team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.

Qualification: (Manager Level)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Substantial experience within the FMCG industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its unique challenges.
  • At least 6 years of work experience in HR function
  • Strong knowledge of HR frameworks and best practices
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate HR strategies clearly.
  • Alignment with the company's values and culture, fostering an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, handle confidential information, and make decisions in the best interests of the company and employees.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • Willing to WFO from BSD, Tangerang
