- Collaborate with leadership to assess the organization's structure, processes, and
- workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline communication,

- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement changes that align with the

- Drive the implementation of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework across
- departments to align individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to set clear and measurable OKRs, ensuring they contribute to the company's strategic direction.
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure successful OKR execution, fostering culture of accountability and continuous improvement..
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee
- engagement.
- Identify training needs, both for individual growth and skill enhancement, and
- coordinate relevant training programs.
- Work with managers to provide constructive feedback, recognize achievements, and
- address performance gaps.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of performance appraisal systems and make continuous improvements.
- Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with labor
- laws, best practices, and OKR principles.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of employment regulations to ensure compliance
- in all HR functions.
- Collaborate with leadership to design competitive compensation structures and
- benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Spearhead initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture, organizing
- team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
Qualification: (Manager Level)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Substantial experience within the FMCG industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its unique challenges.
- At least 6 years of work experience in HR function
- Strong knowledge of HR frameworks and best practices
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate HR strategies clearly.
- Alignment with the company's values and culture, fostering an inclusive and positive workplace environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, handle confidential information, and make decisions in the best interests of the company and employees.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
