We are currently recruiting a Learning & Development Specialist to join our global banking client initially on a 12 Month Contract with the possibility to extend. The purpose of this role is to manage the effective delivery of the Learning & Development agenda, including the design, delivery and review of events, activities, seminars and workshops.
This scope of the role includes building relationships with stakeholders and external vendors, as well as creating content for learning resources and programmes, delivering the L & D strategy to the business, supporting on technical qualifications and regulatory requirements. This will be an end to end role with responsibility for reporting and LMS management.

Your experience:
- Strong experience in the design and delivery of Learning & Development strategies
- A proactive and agile approach to build effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience
- Demonstrable experience of planning curriculums, managing budgets and learning technologies (LMS: Successfactors)
- Previous experience in matrix financial services environments would be beneficial
