Job description & requirements

Main Responsibility:
Support administrative things related to the People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support administration process for employee onboarding & offboarding 
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding employee assets, payroll, etc. 
  • Ensure all documents and company assets are valid and well-maintained.
  • Assist employees with HR-related requests and needs in the day-to-day efficient operation.
  • Handle other work related to administration as needed by the team.
  • Create HR documents as needed (employment certificate, etc).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field  (Final year students are also very welcome).
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to maintain the confidentiality data of the company.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Office locations: Mid Plaza, Sudirman, Jakarta
