Job description
- Oversee daily sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market.
- Set key sales targets and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.
- Responsible for overall Division sales, profit and budget targets.
- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
- Work directly and build teams-provide motivation and inspiration
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and value-adding partnerships
- Provide consistent high-quality sales leadership to the Sales Marketing Division to drive profitability growth.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities with existing customers and potential new customers.
- Lead, monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales, Marketing, Sales & Trading Operations and Product teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a minimum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial level or equivalent in Sales/
- Marketing/ Business Development. Preferably in the industry or Internet Service Provider telecommunication network with cable.
- Mastering business strategy, marketing & sales, excellent tactician, accomplished and have practical experience.
- Excellent people skills, excellent crisis/conflict management.
Integrity and objective in decision making. - Have qualified leadership skills.
- Able to motivate and work together in the Sales & Marketing Division and other divisions.
- Good communication and extensive networking.
- Results and process oriented.
