Uraian Tugas
Job Descriptions- Manage and organize agenda and schedule by assisting in planning appointments meeting, travel arrangements (including visa application at the embassy) and business trip.
- Manage personal account (payment of credit card/invoices/expenses, permit, passport, insurance etc).
- Ensuring the material of presentation for meeting and report is well prepared.
- Organize guest arrangement (prepare meeting room, lunch/dinner, transportation and accommodation).
- Performs additional duties as assigned by BOD.
- Handle business correspondence and maintain a proper filing system.
Job Requirements - Diploma degree in Secretary or any related major from reputable University.
- Fluent in English (can speak Mandarin is an advantage).
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar position, especially in handling Executives/Director level
- Computer literate
- Detail, well-organized and time management skill.
- Having good attitude, smart, independent and initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
