Professional Qualification
- Candidate must posses at least bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
- At least 5 [Five] years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to liaison for information and orders from Directors to certain parties properly and appropriately in relation to project
- Superb in correspondence either email, communication, accurate, detail oriented and tactful
- High degree of multi-tasking, and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Preferably who can speak fluent English
Scope of work
- Responsible all day to day administrative, secretarial activities and as personal assistance
- Ensuring proper and safe documentation pertaining business activities
- Verification all vendor bills
- Preparing various reports accurately and on time
- Involve in managing/act PIC for ongoing projects
- Other task as assigned from BOD
