Qualification:
- Diploma any Major preferably in Public Relation or Secretary
- Experienced minimum 2 or more years as Secretary or similar role
- Well mannered, good communication skill, & good looking
- Highly proficient in English & Microsoft Office
- Good in clerical and administrative support
- Initiative, quick learner, and proactive
- Will be located in PIK, North Jakarta
Job Descriptions:
- Supporting all administrative and secretarial activities
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
- Arrange and coordinate all travel requirements (flights/accommodation/visas/passports etc)
- Responding to incoming emails, phone calls and documents
- Assisting in professional and personal scope of work, i.e. family events and gatherings
- Keeping information of the organization confidential
- Perform hospitality for guests
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection policies.
