Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the President Director in daily activities and office-related matters.
Offer administrative and secretarial assistance to upper management.
Efficiently prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
Manage all communication channels, including emails and phone calls.
Establish and maintain an efficient filing system.
Execute general office tasks such as photocopying and data entry.
Coordinate and manage appointments and agendas effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience in handling expatriates preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Fluent in both Bahasa and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional personal and executive administrative skills.
Proficient in administrative tasks and clerical duties.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
