Security Vendor Management Associate  

Supports the Head of GRC in ensuring the alignment of vendor engagements with our security requirements, budget constraints, and operational needs by meticulously analyzing, comparing, and managing the onboarding of Security Vendors and products.

Working with procurement and other stakeholders, such as the legal for the smooth onboarding of a vendor

Monitor and track the invoices and charges to the vendor to ensure this is aligned to the agreement and budget

Allocate and track budget usage for the various business units of AP.

Work on the internal/external communications of the various AP CIS teams.

Work on various security related tasks assigned to him

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a technology-related field.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in an administrative or analytical role within a technology or security context demonstrating foundational understanding of security principles and vendor management process
• Knowledge of productivity tools such as Google Workspace (spreadsheets, presentations etc)
• Knowledge in Information Security solutions such as Endpoint Detection Response, Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System, Identity and Access Management, etc
• Experience with contract and vendor procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
