Job Description
- Identify and implement legal solutions for issues within the framework of the law and ensure problem resolution without requiring users to adapt to the candidate.
- Coordinate activities with outsourcing partners and oversee outsourcing-related tasks such as attendance, salary verification, and compliance.
- Understand and navigate various permits and licenses such as OSS, LKPM, Industrial Reports, Environmental Reports, Industrial Waste permits and renew Industrial permits (including trademarks, BPOM, Halal, PIRT, HACCP).
- Verify attendance, salary records, BPJS, cleanliness standards, and enforce company rules, handle onboarding, and exiting procedures.
- Embrace a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability, act as a quick and efficient problem solver.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative without constant supervision and proactively engage with the owner for guidance and clarification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of HR GA Legal experience, with a focus on blue-collar management and industrial relations.
- Proficient in handling legal matters, including contract management and dispute resolution.
- Competency in General Affairs, encompassing office maintenance and administration.
- Must have previous outsourcing coordination experience and familiar with regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills within legal boundaries.
- Proficient in handling regulatory documentation and compliance checks.
- Familiarity with attendance and payroll verification, BPJS regulations and having the ability to enforce company rules effectively.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently, comfortable seeking guidance and clarification when needed.
