Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and optimization of user-side shopping guide paths for Lazada's fully hosted business, to improve user conversion efficiency and user retention;
2. Collaborate with product, algorithm and technology teams to optimize and iterate shopping guide channels and products, operate specific shopping guide positions based on different countries' markets, and improve channel traffic and conversion rate;
3. Link with marketing, industry, buyer and supply chain teams to plan and implement goods organization and shopping guide strategies to achieve user experience and user value improvement, and achieve the goal of business efficiency improvement;
4. As a horizontal role, collaborate with multiple countries in strategy design and implementation, able to abstract common capabilities, but also need to differentiate and optimize solutions based on target markets;
5. Combine with data analysis and experimental design and other methods to explore the efficiency and effectiveness of the guide in a thoughtful and structured manner and form an effective methodology;
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 5 years or more working experience in user product or shopping guide operation, experience in channel/search/recommendation business is preferred;
- Strong user operation perspective, strong shopping guide interaction ability, certain commercialization thinking, and high sensitivity to users and market;
- Sensitive to data, with certain data analysis ability, able to discover problems and opportunities from behind the data to drive business growth;
- Strong operational skills, excellent communication skills, cross-team cooperation skills, team spirit and driving force, able to integrate multiple forces to achieve business goals;
- Fluent English communication, good English listening and reading skills;
