The Supply Planning Digital Transformation ProgramSenior Manager will be responsible for the overall Global Digital Program & Lead Multi-Year Supply Planning Digital CAPEX projects.
These projects focus on People, Processes & Systems to deliver Cost, Service, Productivity & Working Capital across the Global.
Ultimately creating a best in class Supply Planning organization which is aligned with the company’s ambition in becoming the preferred supplier to our customers.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES List the activities you perform on a regular basis. Identify the major end result your position is expected to achieve for each of these activities.
Lead and manage Supply Planning Digital agenda, CAPEX projects (budget >
$15Million over the next 3 Years) across Global; this includes : Design, Plan, Implement & Change management all within defined timelines & budget to deliver on program ambitions.
Develop and create the Supply Planning Program & Future Roadmap considering company and BU’s strategic plans and priorities
Lead and work across the Global , engaging multiple BU’s and markets, coordinating a OMP Global Design committee with multifunctional project team (IT, Planing, Finance & Ops) & engage senior leadership as part of stakeholder management.
Develop strategic relationship and product roadmap with OMP
Responsible for excellent vendor management & SI engagement;
Develop governance model and implement OMP support structure , focusing on critical capabilities and skills
Lead continuous improvement and further development of the solution, based on business needs.

Knowledge & Experience :
Bachelor or Master Degree
6+ years of experience in a Supply Chain (Supply Planning)
Excellent understanding of Supply Planning, Inventory Deployment and Scheduling with strong track record of delivering results.
Deep knowledge of and affinity with (Supply) planning systems (OMP) and system optimization
Supply Planning experience
Project Management experience
Prior knowledge of OMP or another advanced Supply Planning system an advantage
Prior participation on Digital Transformation projects a plus
Experience in leading teams
Skills (Capabilities) :
Strong Project Management Skills incl. planning, time management, vendor management, stakeholder management & budgeting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to network and influence senior leaders across the organization through understanding and simplifying complicated concepts
The ability to work in diversified teams, and to lead, coach and motivate project team members
Experience of working in a complex multi country / language / time zone environment
Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers.
Functional experience with significant responsibilities in FMCG industries will be an advantage.
