Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations management, project management, communication with internal teams across all business units, sales and fulfillment support, softwares and technology to optimise company's workflows and processes.
- Work with the group CEO, Business Directors, Head of Departments and Managers to identify and reduce gaps on the work flows, ensuring the People, Process and Technological elements are at optimum effectiveness.
- To identify and minimize gaps in between workflow process to improve work efficiency for a digital marketing agency.
- 5+ years experience in a marketing/ creative agency or digital marketing company or in any digital solutions industry.
- Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Well versed in using multiple SAAS or Mar-tech.
- Full funnel digital marketing experience
- Sales support to fulfillment experience.
- Project Management experience
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
- Good at measuring and optimizing feasibility and viability of the business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
