About the Job

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in the fast-paced world of international trade We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Sales & Business Development to join our growing organization, PT Globemaster Indonesia Asia.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to ensure on boarding new business align with company goals, Pipeline development and accounts management, engaging with customers, focus on target assigned by management to achieve business growth and profitability. You will represent the company to meet customers and finding solutions for any kind of their requirements.

Your Responsibilities

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

• Explore new market and customer accounts
• Develop Strong & healthy opportunities pipeline align with individual targets, mainly for Air Freight & Sea Freight regular shipment
• Set volume goals towards new customer acquisition on annual basis that is inline with the individual target set.
• Maintaining good customer relations including problem-solving for any kind issue related to customer satisfaction
• On-schedule handling, monitoring, and providing quotation of air freight, sea freight, domestic delivery and any inquiries related to Globemaster's Solutions services
• Closely engage with Business Unit team to optimize the winning ratio of each opportunities pipeline
• Attend weekly/monthly customer review meetings with management

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experiences
• Preferred at least 5 years experience in related Sales field & Business Development
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, and drive the team to achieve results
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and verbal
• Have good communication skill, teamwork, and people orientation
• Strong in analytical and strategic thinking
• Willing to be located in Bekasi area (Head Office)
