AYANA Hospitality is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Manager who will specialize in Weddings to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful growth of our Wedding segment. Your main responsibilities will be to maximize revenue opportunities by selling our award-winning products and services and to establish and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities- Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and preparing proposals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to stay up to date on the latest trends and competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide reports as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a periodical basis.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote AYANA's products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry and within the Wedding segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledgeable about the Wedding industry and market trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
