Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global consultancy firm who are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join and support a growing business unit. The role will involve collaboration with the UK HR Team and influencing of senior stakeholders to deliver an industry-leading people strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strategic Business Partnering experience looking to make impact within a fast-paced and agile organisation. The role can be based in Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham with hybrid working and will involve travel across the UK & Ireland.
What is the role?
As an HR Business Partner, you will work as a key part of the UK & Ireland HR team. Your responsibilities will include fostering relationships with stakeholders, shaping workforce strategies, partnering with Talent Acquisition, emphasising talent retention and development, overseeing performance and rewards processes, advocating for ED&I, leveraging people analytics, managing organisational changes, and championing best practices for ongoing improvements in the people strategy.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have a track record of excelling in fast-paced, agile environments within larger organisations. Your success in driving cultural and organisational change across all HR aspects, particularly in ED&I, is crucial. Your ability to partner with and influence senior leaders at all levels is a must, coupled with a deep understanding of diverse talent recruitment and retention. Your strengths in change management, organisational design, and consulting will be pivotal for success in this role.
