Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate training sessions for employees.
- Assist in the performance appraisal for employees.
- Handling payroll and BPJS.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
Requirentment:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience (2 years) working in HR roles, preferably in a supervisory or assistant capacity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
