Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, and 3 years in the same position
- Experience with HR policies, procedures, and practices
- Proven track record in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prefer Candidate from Non-Government Organization (NGO) & Having strong exposure in the field of SDGs
- Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract, etc
- Good Understand about Labour Regulation ( UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja ).
- Experience with HRIS and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
- Have Certified CPHRM
- Familiar with Computer tools and the internet
- Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
- Hardworking person, energetic, disciplined, honest and responsible.
- Great analytical thinking, creative, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Work in fast fast-paced and professional environment
- Will to be placed in Gianyar, Bali
