Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of daily operational activities within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
- Responsible for meeting the organization's manpower requirements and optimizing workforce efficiency.
- Ensure the effective implementation of company policies related to Human Resources, staying abreast of any updates or changes.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to streamline data management and reporting.
- Take ownership of the performance appraisal process for employees, providing constructive feedback and contributing to professional development.
- Foster positive relationships between the organization and its employees, handling any industrial relations matters with fairness and diplomacy.
- Assume responsibility for the Front of House division, ensuring effective management and coordination to enhance overall organizational performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS and proficiency in its implementation.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal processes
