Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance with external parties.
• Manage capital structure, financing, and investment evaluations.
• Optimize capital allocation for shareholder returns.
• Lead IPO readiness efforts, collaborating with legal and banking teams.
• Prepare financial reports and communicate company performance.
• Together with the team, provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

A well known player in the industry|Spearhead IPO process

• Demonstrated success in a CFO or senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong track record of leading companies through successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
• In-depth knowledge of go public processes, including fillings and due diligence
• Extensive understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and compliance standards.
• Placement in Jakarta office
