- Identify talent within the organization through assessment, performance review, and feedback mechanism
- Design and implement Talent Development programs tailored to individual and organizational needs
- Bridge skill gaps by providing targeted training and coaching sessions
- Develop and maintain leadership development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership coaching programs
- Collaborate with directors across business units to align Talent Development effort with organizational objectives
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Talent Development programs, making adjustment as necessary
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with core specialization being in talent management, learning & development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate Talent Development programs
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
