• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, hands-on payroll processing and computation, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations and other HR related support service.
• Conduct orientation and facilitate onboarding program.
• Responsible for review, development and implement of systems, HR policies and procedures and processes to improve the orientational efficiency of the department in line with the Group and local legislation changes.
• Ensuring the implementation of company policy, SOP, rules and regulations and monitor compliance to be in line with company’s goals and employees’ needs.
• Perform as key local advisor to ensure that company HR practices, guidelines and workflows are in compliance with local legislative regulations and market practices
• To ensure employee’s individual and team’s development plan are aligned to business objective and strategy with the basis for growth
• Handle staffing issue either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters.
• Create feasible and innovative approaches to drive meaningful employee recognition, benefits and rewards programs.
• Work closely with respective stakeholders– line managers such as Business Leaders, Team Leaders etc., to ensure operational excellence and cost-effective decisions (e.g. headcount, facilities and compensation actions)
• Work with management, business leaders, hiring managers, to establish and develop suitable internal and external training programs to develop potentials of individual and teams to meet business needs.
