Human Resources Manager/Director

We are currently recruiting for the Indonesian team:
**1. Human Resources Director**
- Monthly Salary: 16-22 million IDR, weekends off
- Work Location: Central Park area, Jakarta
**Job Description:**We are looking for an outstanding Human Resources Director to join our team and contribute to the expansion of the Indonesian market. We offer competitive compensation and a comfortable working environment.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. Proficient in Indonesian and English, basic Chinese communication skills are a plus
3. At least five years of relevant work experience
4. Experience in retail and media industries is preferred
5. Experience working in a globalized company is a plus
6. Possess rich local business or media resources in Indonesia
7. Strong logical thinking, reliable personality, outgoing and cheerful, with a strong self-drive
8. Excellent communication and coordination skills, quick adaptability, and team integration ability
9. Good organizational and planning skills, able to independently manage projects and lead teams to achieve goals
10. Candidates have full working rights for Indonesia.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Coordinate with Indonesian government departments, including immigration, commerce, and tax authorities
2. Manage company's Human Resources, including recruitment, training and development, organizational management, performance assessment, etc.
3. Participate in company business communication and negotiations, explore new business opportunities
4. Responsible for team building, improving team cohesion, and ensuring smooth workflow
