KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for setting SVOD monetization goals for assigned revenue verticals/accounts
following 3 pillars:
o Payment channels - in-app billing, e-commerce, e-wallets, banking, payment
aggregators
o Access providers – telcos & ISPs
o "Figital (physical + digital)" products & channels – offline retail, brands, OEMs, digital
storefronts, KOLs etc
- Key KPIs – total revenue, paid subscribers, revenue yield/consumer (from assigned verticals)
- Running the business for assigned revenue verticals with support from internal and external
stakeholders (Global:
Product Management, inorganic acquisition, organic acquisition &
CLM teams; Local:
Marketing, BD & Content teams, reach and monetization partners) with
weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tracking/reporting/optimization of the monetization
metrics and impact of individual initiatives/campaigns
- Providing inputs about local market to product team to ensure adaptability to the country
- Stay updated on competition, provide recommendation for product and content uptake
- Work as a brand ambassador and promoter of Viu services across Indonesia region
- Understand local market nuances and build relationships with the local ecosystem players –
monetization through premium transaction/subscriptions
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- A Graduate/Post Graduate with 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in allied
- Highly proficient at quantitative and qualitative analysis – able to interpret large amount of
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia market (digital consumers and digital partner ecosystem)
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
- Self-driven, motivated and ability to work with internal teams across geographies
- Flexible in approach with an adaptive working style.
- Experience of working with other digital ecosystem partners is a plus
